Upon entry you are greeted by the open plan living and dining area, perfect for those quiet evenings relaxing after a day of exploring the town. Select a book from the bookcase and cosy up with the indoor fire in the cooler months, or venture outside and enjoy a glass of wine in the garden in the summer!
Although compact, the kitchen is well equipped with an integrated electric cooker, a microwave and a fridge with a small freezer compartment.
Just off the main living space is the spacious double bedroom, with a built in wardrobe and a dressing table.
The large windows throughout the apartment overlook the private garden, while also creating a light and airy atmosphere.

Easy access to the apartment which is located at the rear of the property, wall key safe, self check in.

LITTLE THINGS TO NOTE
The Lower Deck is a short stroll into both Falmouth Town and to the beaches, a leisurely 5-10 minute walk either way.
The property comfortably sleeps 2 adults and an infant (upon request), regretfully no pets.
PARKING
There is free street parking on the road (Lansdowne Road) as well as the neighbouring roads, Arwenack Avenue and Avenue Road.
In addition there are several car parks you could use, I would recommend 'The Dell carpark' which to my knowledge is around £10 a day. This is a couple of minutes drive away and is reviewed highly online and a great alternative with around 100 spaces.
