THE TOWNHOUSE

The entrance is located on the high street itself, leading from the front door there is a staircase central to the building.

Entering the main body of the property you are greeted on your left and right by a tall lobby with a spiral staircase taking you up to the second floor.

 

The kitchens are located on the front of the property facing the high street, equipped with everything we can think you would need.

 

The two lounges are located on at the rear of the property  boasting spectacular views of the harbour and sea providing a tranquil space to relax and watch the world go.

 

Upstairs the 2 bathrooms are found on either sides of the house in the middle of the bedrooms.

 

To your left and right from the top of the spiral stairs are the two bedrooms. The master at the front overlooking the high street and the single bedrooms at the back, offering phenomenal views of the harbour.

LITTLE THINGS TO NOTE

The Old Fisherman’s Townhouse is directly on the Old High Street, so is directly in the centre of town, easily walkable for the town and Harbourside, but also only a short walk to the beaches.

 

The property comfortably sleeps 8 adults and an infant and welcomes up to 2 pets.

PARKING

We do have the option to rent a secure undercover space for £50 for your entire stay, please let me know if this is of interest, it is a couple of meters from the front door.

In addition there is free parking all the way along the road leading up to the high street, Stratton Terrace-Dunstanville Terrace. And there are several car parks you could use, I would recommend 'Town Quarry long stay carpark' which to my knowledge is around £9 a day.
