Leading inside you are greeted with an open plan living and dining area, perfect for families and groups to spend their time taking in the views from the balcony. The well formed kitchen is separate.
There are 3 bedrooms; 2 super kings, and a bedroom with full sized single beds as a bunkbed which also boasts its own Smart TV.
Stairs lead to first floor with master bedroom which benefits from amazing views towards Falmouth harbour, Flushing and the Roseland peninsula. With its own window seat, providing a relaxed calming space to enjoy.
The full size adult single beds as bunkbeds room is situated at the back of the house overlooking the beautifully serene garden.
Also incorporated on the first floor is the family bathroom, refurbished to a high standard equipped with a bath with an overhead shower.

LITTLE THINGS TO NOTE
Tide View Townhouse is in on a quiet street just back from the centre of town behind the church, the church bells do play in the day. The house is directly in the centre of town, so easily walkable for the town and Harbourside, but also only a short walk to the beaches.
The property comfortably sleeps 6 adults and an infant and welcomes up to 2 pets.
PARKING
Very few properties in the centre of Falmouth benefit from immediate parking and fortunately Eagles Nest is one of them. You can park your car securely in the private garage which is located just down from the front door.
